When you think to talk to a photographer or a photo/video studio for your hotel or guesthouse probably you are thinking that they can provide only photography services but that is not necessarily true.

1.Classic photography service

This service includes exterior and interior photos of your property. The main purpose of this kind of photography is to have a beautiful set of photos to be used on your website, social media, and distribution platforms (for example booking.com). Prints or other types of adverts can be created using this kind of photo.
Depending on the size of your property the photoshoot can take from 4 hours to a couple of days. Prices starts from 150 EUR.
2. Video presentations

Video has become a powerful medium. Most people do not have the time nor the patience to read anymore, but they can still be interested in watching a short presentation video. Considering all the attention "Photoshped" photos received lately, people are more inclined to trust a video. Click-through rates are at least 20 times higher on a video rather than on a photo.
Depending on the complexity of your video it can take from 4 hours to a couple of days to complete a series of movies.

3. 3d virtual tours

A 3d virtual tour can be an excellent option to present your property. It allowed the viewer to walk around the property and explore at his own pace from the comfort of his/her computer. The visitor can share the tour with friends and family in order to easily make a decision about booking your property.
Click rates are even higher for a 3d tour than for a video presentation.
While a video presentation once seen is seen and it is unlikely the visitor will watch it again, the statistics show that visitors return several times to re-explore your property in a 3d virtual tour.
Depending on the size of your property, it can take from a few hours up to 2 full days to finish the scan.

4.Social media content
Nobody can agree on a perfect formula to stay relevant on social media, however, if you study what the experts have to say about it, there is unanimous consensus on one thing: consistency. It means you need to keep posting on a regular basis. People expect more and more content from you. We offer the possibility to acquire a subscription from us. We establish together the content direction and each month we will come to your location and take relevant photos and videos that you can post on social media.
Duration is 1 full day
Price starts from 150 EUR/month.
5. Consultancy and audit
Not sure if your photos are good enough. Not sure how to establish a marketing content strategy? Give us a call and we will be happy to help out:
FREE audit of your current situation. We will analyze what is your current status and provide feedback on what can be improved. In the end, we will provide you with a full report as well as recommend steps to take you forward.
Training of your team. Based on a commonly agreed schedule we will train your team in order to teach them how to generate the content by themselves. Everything will be documented and your newest team members will not have to start from zero. If you feel we should provide additional training it is not a problem, you will also receive a discount for future sessions.
You will not be alone. Your team will be able to ask questions on our dedicated group for hotel consultancy, explore additional resources on our website or use the forum and Q&A section.
The duration of this service is 48 hours for the audit, 1-hour call or face 2 face meeting to discuss the plan, two sessions of 4 hours for the training and 1 hour/month follow-up calls for the next 3 months.
